Russell Stout is the founder and licensed mortgage broker at Texas Mortgage Consultants. He has been working in the mortgage industry since 2002, with experience at both large retail lenders and as an independent broker. In 2018, he founded Texas Mortgage Consultants to operate as a fully independent brokerage focused exclusively on client outcomes.
